The integrated workplace roadmap for successful delivery, describes the process of developing the Integrated Workplace Roadmap. This roadmap deals with the continuous process of decision making with respect to the development of physical workplaces. Following the opinion of Mintzberg decision-making is not what we think that it is. It is not the expected rational process. It is actually a combination of seeing, thinking and doing.
The objective of this research project is to develop and test a decision support tool that helps organisations develop innovative workplaces through integrated processes.
This research consists of two phases:
Phase 1: from research questions and hypothesis to preliminary instrument
Phase 2: from preliminary instrument to validated tool
This report describes phase 1. At this moment we are in the process of starting up phase 2. If you are interested in this research project please contact Wim Pullen director of the Center for People and Buildings.
