CfPB works together with participating parties to resolve their accommodations issues. CfPB acts as researcher, coach and reflector. CfPB does not offer advice. In our view, accommodations are an important aspect, integral to business operations, and management must decide their own course.

Generally, a collaboration begins with one or more preliminary interviews. Then, CfPB prepares a research proposal. After approval, the research is executed and reported.
